·       ISWA Management Committee planning meeting, and Coaching staff meeting to determine forward coaching roles

·      Skaters register with WAISA (early bird discount sometimes)

February

·       Season starts –  Feb 2018 for two or three try-out days … fpaid for by ISWA

·       team coach selections & team skaters

·       Release ISWA membership system

·       DSR application via WAISA for external coach to come for camp

·       AFSC accommodation arrangements

March

·       Annual General Meeting of ISWA – appointment new committee members; confirm fees

·       Club bonding day at central venue?

·       Application for Community Volunteer Grant through DSR; etc?

April

·       Easter break – no skating

·       Individual team bonding days at team manager’s house or similar

·       Submit ISA registration & Proof Of Age & Foreign Skater forms

·       Review WWC permits of relevant people

May

·       Consider another ISWA member survey...

        WAISA Gala Competition

 June & July

·       Team Camps – organised by each team

·       International Camps – if arranged, aimed at school holidays

·       in the mid year Director of Coaching brings to Committee a review of skaters for extension - squadders, skills, etc (see FAQ page)

·       Break for school holidays – as per each team’s decision to break or not

August

·       ISWA Competition –  August 2018

·       WASIA MEH Competition -  August 2018

September

·       WAISA State Championships –  tbc

·       NSW Synchro Festival, Sep 2018 tbc

October

·       Discuss ice time for ensuing year with the ice rink(s)

·       Set date(s) for start of next year season

November

·       Extra skating sessions in lead up to AFSC

December

·       National Championships

·       ISWA  Awards Dinner
